TrampoliningBounce to new heights with one of our trampolining courses! Following the British Gymnastics Trampolining Proficiency Awards Scheme, our trampolining courses are designed to teach everything from simple aerial tricks all the way up to big-air stunts. Our courses are adaptive for all abilities. Trampolining helps children build strong, healthy muscles and bones, and increases flexibility, balance, and coordination as well as discipline, self-esteem, and social skills.
